Coco Indigo hopes you are thrilled with your order, but if for any reason you're not, you have 7 days to return any unwanted item(s) purchased from us, assuming they are in the same condition in which they were received with all tags attached. Please ship your item(s) within 7 business days of the delivery receipt date to receive full credit on your credit card—for merchandise purchased at full price. NOTE: Items purchased at a markdown do not qualify for returns, exchanges or store credit.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the delivery receipt date to receive full credit on your credit card.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags attached in the original packaging
- All returns must include your order number and/or packing slip for proof of purchase.
- All jewelry, bags/clutches, hats, belts, scarves are Final Sale—no returns, store credits or exchanges.
- All items purchased at a markdown are Final Sale—no returns, store credits or exchanges.
To return an item, please ship your item(s) within 14 business days of receipt to the address below, and be sure to include your order number.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please give us a call at (703) 864-9100 Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM EST to resolve the issue. You can also send an email to us at info@cocoindigo.net (please do not forget to include your order number).
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
COCO INDIGO reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet her return policy requirements. As a small business, Coco Indigo cannot accommodate every return but we will be reasonable.
Exchanges are completed in two transactions. Simply return the unwanted item per the instructions above. Then create a new order for the desired item(s). If you need any additional support, please contact us at (502) 653-7240 Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM EST. If you do not wish to call, feel free to email us at info@cocoindigo.net (please do not forget to include your order number). We respond to emails within one business day.
As a small, independtly owned boutique, we pour our heart into everything we do at Coco Indigo. Starting and growing a small business comes with many challenges, and unfortunately, flexible returns have proven to be difficult to sustain. Thank you for your support.
