If you're not completely satisfied with your Coco Indigo purchase, we will gladly accept eligible returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with all tags attached, under our 14-day return policy. Please ship your item(s) within 14 business days of the delivery receipt date to receive full credit on your credit card—for merchandise purchased at full price. Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only if discount was less than 30%. All other items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned for any refund or store credit.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of the delivery receipt date to receive full credit on your credit card. We will not accept any returns after 30 days, nor any return without a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags attached in the original packaging
- All returns must include your order number and/or packing slip for proof of purchase.
- All jewelry and handbags/totes are Final Sale—no returns, store credits or exchanges.
- All sale items that were discounted 30% or greater are Final Sale—no returns, store credits or exchanges.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please give us a call at (321) 972-1359 Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM EST to resolve the issue. You can also send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (please do not forget to include your order number).
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
COCO INDIGO reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet her return policy requirements. As a small business, Coco Indigo cannot accommodate every return but we will be reasonable.
Exchanges are completed in two transactions. Simply return the unwanted item per the instructions above. Then create a new order for the desired item(s). If you do not wish to call, feel free to email us at email@example.com (please do not forget to include your order number). We respond to emails within one business day.
