RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Coco Indigo hopes you are thrilled with your order, but if for any reason you're not, you have 14 days to return any unwanted item(s) purchased from us, assuming they are in the condition in which they were received with all tags attached. Please note, items purchased at a markdown do not qualify for returns, exchanges or store credit.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of the delivery receipt date to receive full credit on your credit card. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags attached in the original packaging
- All jewelry and handbags/totes are Final Sale—no returns, store credits or exchanges.
To return an item that you do not want, please ship your item(s) within 14 business days of receipt to the address below, and be sure to include your order number.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please give us a call at +1(321) 972-1359 Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM EST to resolve the issue. You can also send an email to us at email@example.com (please do not forget to include your order number).
Coco Indigo reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet her return policy requirements. As a small business, Coco Indigo cannot accommodate every return but we will be reasonable.
Exchanges are completed in two transactions. Simply return the unwanted item per the instructions above. Then create a new order for the desired item(s).
